Dr. Renáta Ocilková graduated in the Public Policy Study at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences and also the Faculty of Education at the Comenius University in Bratislava.
She worked in the German Federal Parliament – Bundestag and in the Slovak Parliament she led the Deputy Office of the Chairman of the Christian Democratic Movement. She was a member of municipal parliament, now she is member of the Presidency of the Christian Democratic Movement.
Renáta Ocilková is engaged in the non-governmental sector in the field of Human Rights Protection, Family and Life Protection and Education. She is the national Coordinator for educational project Alive to the World and member of the Presidency of pro-life platform Forum of Life. She is also devoted to women from marginalized Romani communities.
R. Ocilková is a member of the Committee on Gender Equality at the Governmental Council for Human Rights, where she represents the Forum of Christian Institutions. Since April 2015 she works as the Human Rights Coordinator of the Slovak Bishops Conference.
Renáta Ocilková lectures and publishes on topics related to the human rights, pro-life topics, child, youth and family protection.
